✅ Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Return must be initiated within the return window with valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Sale or discounted items

• Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive products

• Customized or made-to-order items

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are possible for size or defect issues.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• In case of unavailability, a store credit or refund will be offered.

• Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refund will be made via the original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference).

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defect or wrong item shipped by us, return shipping is free.

• For all other cases, the return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
